What carriers and drivers ask before getting started.
Does rotaflow work for small carriers and owner-operators?
Yes. rotaflow serves carriers with their own fleet, companies working with contracted drivers and the independent owner-operator. Each company has its own separate environment and drivers use the system on the phone.
How does rotaflow handle the transport documents (CT-e, MDF-e and CIOT)?
The system prepares and submits the CT-e, the MDF-e and the CIOT with the trip data already filled in. Live issuing is enabled company by company, once the digital certificate and the accountant are set up; CIOT also depends on clearance from the licensed partner that registers the operation.
Do I need to change my accountant or digital certificate?
No. rotaflow uses the carrier's own digital certificate and your accountant stays the same. Documents go out with your company's tax data.
What does the driver do on the phone?
Fuelling, fuel-station orders, maintenance requests with photo and video, washing, trip and CIOT. Everything reaches the carrier's team for approval and follow-up.
How does onboarding work?
The flowlabs team sets up the system with the carrier's data, trains the team and provides support over WhatsApp during business hours. You don't have to configure anything on your own.
