How much does prontuflow cost?
Plans are per clinic, with no per-user fees, and the price of each one is on the subscription page. All plans start with 14 free days and can be cancelled at any time, with no penalty.
Does it work on the phone?
Yes. prontuflow is web-based: it runs in the browser on the computer and on the phone, with before-and-after photos and one-tap call and WhatsApp to the patient.
Does prontuflow issue invoices?
Yes. From the Pro plan up, the service invoice (NFS-e) is issued automatically after every visit. The team does the one-time setup with the city hall and the digital certificate.
Is patient data protected?
It lives in the cloud with daily backups, encryption and two-factor login. Each clinic only sees its own data, in compliance with LGPD, the Brazilian data-protection law.
I use another system. Can I migrate?
Yes. You send the spreadsheet or the export from the old system and the team imports patients and history.
